About

James Mitchell

Hi, I'm James Mitchell. I'm a pastor and a software engineer. I preach, teach Sunday School and Wednesday Bible Study, and write a newspaper column. 238 Apps grew out of building tools I needed for my own ministry, and I build software for churches and small businesses with the care of someone who uses it every week.

Most of my professional work has been in Java and Spring. I also have experience with C# and .NET, Flutter and Dart, and other tools when a project calls for them.
